CHILLI BAJJI
I think chilli bajji’s are the best of all the bajji’s. BTW, for those who are wondering what chilli bajji’s are, it’s those big red or green chillies, dipped in gram flour batter and deep fried. Even more awesome with chilli sause or pudina chutney. And when you are at the beach, it’s pretty much a tradition that you do not return without savoring one of these. At least it is for me. :)
THE BAJJI WALA
He was actively serving bajji’s to his customers. I almost hesitated to go ask him for a shot because I thought I might be an interruption. But as a guy who loves capture expressions on film I also felt compelled to get a shot of his enthusiastic visage. I was rather surprised at the way he co-operated with me to take his picture. From all the shots that I hastily snapped to let him get back to his work, I think this is the best one.
I took some more shots of him, some candid ones too. I have yet to process them I will post them later.
TECHNICALITIES
I shot this at 1/1000th of a second, f 1.8, ISO 640 using my Nikon D3300 mouting my 50mm prime. After making RAW adjustments, I moved on to processing it in nik silver efex.
